Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7-10 working days.

*If any delay occurs, wincart bd can hold the order for 10 days to process, after that wincart bd will refund the money to customer if they paid any advance.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Customers will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.
Damages
Wincart bd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
No international shipping is possible currently.
Returns Policy
Please inspect your product carefully in the presence of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
If you find any issue such as damage, defect, or incorrect item, you must inform the delivery person immediately and return the product on the spot.
Once the delivery has been completed and the delivery personnel has left, no return, exchange, or refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.
By accepting the delivery, the customer agrees that the product has been received in good condition.
